Become curious. Become connected. Become consciously…wet?This class is an intermediate SUPYOGA experience in which Katie will guide students into the wandering wonderful world of stand up paddle board yoga. Everyone deserves a little taste of wanderlust so this class will introduce the excitement, the discipline, the COURAGE it requires to take one’s somewhat stable practice from sticky yoga mat to floating paddle board. Explore simple yoga postures made somewhat difficult while practiced on water. Katie will integrate necessary sup yoga modifications for those who would like to remain dry. Katie will also use this class to introduce SUPYOGA inversions and balances for those who may just want to wander into water. Come ready to smile, breathe, and PLAY!

** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
