SUP Yoga is a unique way to experience the beautiful Hawaiian nature under the morning sun while enjoying the perfect workout for our body, mind & soul. This class is designed for all levels, beginners to advanced. We start with a gentle warm up getting used to the board, finding our balance, connecting to our breath and the environment. This is a Hatha yoga class with a slow flow transitioning into different poses. We created this intelligent sequence especifically for the board, starting with basic poses, moving into standing poses and preparing our bodies for some inversions and heart openers, offering different variations for each level, and ending the class with a basic guided yoga Nidra. Step out of your comfort zone/mat and jump on the board with us for a challenging, refreshing and fun time! ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
