There is no better workout to strengthen your core than yoga on the water. A guided intermediate flow with attention to your core will help set you up for peak poses and conclude with a well-deserved savasana. You will walk away feeling a sense of accomplishment and ready to rock a beach body. ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
