Limited Capacity seats available

For those who hear SUP Yoga and want to run the other direction. Fear no more! Never been on a SUP board before? No problem. A beginner friendly class that will take one step (or splash) at a time. The only requirements are an open mind, a positive attitude, and willingness to laugh! You will learn different and accessible ways to maneuver your board before we anchor down for the flow. Spend time clearing your mind of doubt, expectation and fear in a short meditation. Ease your way into the practice as you begin to build trust, balance and comfort on your new floating mat. Falling in is half the fun, so let go of perfection and come cool down in this playful practice!

** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
