Summon your inner mermaid, (or merman!) and bring all the glory of your practice out onto the sea! Discover new inspiration as you invite the ebb and flow of the water to inspire the rhythm of your breath. Learn to navigate the fine line between effort and ease, and uncover how important trust is for your practice. Relinquish your grip on perfection and embrace the playful nature of SUP Yoga! Take the opportunity to cool down and have a good laugh. You will take a spin on your floating mat to start, then settle in for a short meditation and warm up. Enjoy a fluid flow, and take flight with some arm balance play time! Wind down as you bask in the beauty of your outdoor studio, and soak it all in with a sunny savasana! ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
