Reconnect and rejuvenate your practice by exploring the world of SUP Yoga. The floating studio provides us an experience to reconnect with the first time we practiced yoga. Each pose requires engagement of the mind and body, reminding us to stay present as we move through our asanas. We will dive into inversions on the water, focusing on alignment, muscle engagement and the breath while playful moving through the asanas. This intermediate to advance level class is set to challenge your mind and body while building your confidence. After leaving the water, your studio practice will be freshened up. ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
