Surrender into our practice, letting go of our fears all while floating on the tranquil Hawaiian waters. We soften the mind, body and soul into the world of SUP Yoga. An all level restorative style practice aimed at moving gently, giving back to our bodies while calming the mind. We will hold poses a bit longer, providing the yin to our yang. The boards will be used as our props, helping to deepen the poses allowing the slow movements of the water to provide adjustments. This class will be less about the movements of the asanas and more about the connection with the water we float upon. ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
