Limited Capacity filling up

Learn to trust the rhythm of your breath on a whole new level as you cast aside the comfort of practice on a stable surface. Tap into your intuition, cultivate trust, and let go of fear as you navigate your asana practice on the water. Leave your ego on the shore, and be willing to get wet in this playful practice. Begin with short meditation and gentle stretching on the board as you soak in the beauty around you. Then, start to cultivate heat with sun salutations. Challenge your focus and balance with a standing posture series, followed by arm balance and inversion play time. Wrap it all up with a juicy cool down, and a floating savasana you aren't likely to forget any time soon! ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
