Leave your expectations on the shore. Marvel at the beauty of your outdoor studio as you embrace a challenge, and dive into a new dimension of your practice. No Stand-Up Paddle experience is required, and all levels are welcome in this exploratory SUP Yoga class. We will take time to get acquainted with the board and the water and then slowly build heat, and kick up the challenge in this progressive SUP Yoga flow. Be willing to get wet, have a good laugh, and enjoy the ride! ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
