SUP Yoga: Let's Get Physical [+$25]

Kicking off class with a standing series including standing Warrior Poses, this class is for those ready to challenge their SUP Yoga practice. We will be working on core strength and upper body strength to create solid foundations for more challenging poses such as inversions and arm balancing poses. Let’s get physical as we move, laugh, and play.

** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **
