In Hawaiian, "aloha nui loa" is an expression that means all my love. With an emphasis on heart openers and hip openers, this class is all about releasing emotional blockages stored in the hips, moving our bodies, and opening our hearts and minds to possibilities. While learning to let go in our practice we can learn to live a life led by love, compassion, selflessness, and aloha. ** Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your class, located near the entrance to Turtle Bay beside the valet. The shuttle will drive you to Kawela Bay Beach Park and pick you up at the end of class. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, and water. You can wear a bathing suit or water wicking clothes for this activity. **

Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
