Train like a slacker! That is, train to increase overall fitness using the energy of the community to push past your traditional boundaries. We combine traditional core training with acrobatics and slackline balance preparation drills to get the most results in the least amount of time. Join us to learn fun ways to increase your balance, stability, core strength, flexibility and overall condition while working and playing. No experience required. Open to all levels. Trust us, we will find a way to challenge even the most advanced practitioners and the best part is that it only takes 15 minutes.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
