Food and the act of cooking food, brings people together; more importantly, it binds ohana. Unfortunately in today's fast moving world, we cook less and less.

Growing up in Hawai`i, Chef Mark "Gooch" Noguchi's memories are filled with potluck's, garage parties, and family get-togethers. Through Mark's work with the Pili Group, a non-traditional food group focused on the connection between community, education & food, he is committed to inspiring new families to continue the traditions of our ancestors; cooking as a form of Ohana.
