Class will begin with an introduction to breath awareness and mantras, followed by a 10-15min guided meditation with time for open discussion and questions afterward.

** Please plan additional time to get to the this class. The Quiet Place is a serene 25 minute walk from the lobby of Turtle Bay, please schedule accordingly. **
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
