This forward bending class will open your legs and hips and back to move progressively from standing forward bends into deepening seated forward bends. Expect step-by-step instructions, progressive sequencing, the use of props and applied anatomy to strengthen and open the introspective power of these poses. This class will conclude with 10 minutes of seated pranayama and meditation. Please bring a strap, two blocks and a blanket.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
