This intermediate hatha-style class will mobilize and stabilize your legs, hips and pelvis to achieve a well-aligned Hanumanasana (Front Splits Pose). Expect step-by-step progressive sequencing, attention to alignment and anatomical specificity, prop use, and some mythic Hanuman story for inspiration. Hanuman likely didn’t wear boots, and there is no record of his asana practice in Ramayana), but he might have done this sequence! Please bring a strap, two blocks and a blanket. Keep calm and get your splits on!
