Explore and dive into the love-filled, sacred practice of chanting in this workshop designed to blend our many voices into One. Through movement and vibration we will together discover the roots of our practice. Join Janet and friends to hear stories and explore the deeper meaning behind the changes as we return to our hearts together. Dive deep into the moment with each step and syllable as a community, celebrating each unique and individual voice. Wake up to our collective inertia as a means to embody the sacred in the spaces between. The best way to start any day is with the song we sing together.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
