Join MacKenzie & Briohny as they guide you through a practice unlike any yoga class you have ever experienced. This total-body experience injects cardio in the form of high intensity interval training (HIIT*) and dynamic movements with the goal of increasing mobility and integrity in your joints. FitFlow Basic will start with a slow full body warm-up, move into a short HIIT routine, flow into a yoga practice and end with a juicy cool down. Yogis can expect to move, sweat and learn how to keep their bodies happy and healthy for years to come.
