Limited Capacity seats available

Join Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii on an adventure to a beautiful deserted beach rarely visited by anything other than endangered monk seals, turtles, and fish. Sadly though, Kahuku Beach is also one of the dirtiest beaches on the island where plastic pollution from thousands of miles away washes ashore after a strenuous journey through the North Pacific Garbage Patch (the Gyre). Join us as we show the Kahuku Coastline aloha by removing as much plastic pollution as we can.

Take a break from the yoga, enjoy a beach rarely visited, and open your eyes to what a collective effort can have on the beautification of our coastlines.

Sustainable Coastlines will be running shuttles to the Beach on an ongoing basis, so don't stress about the timing. Feel free to arrive when it's convenient but know that we will make our final trip back to Turtle Bay at 12:00 pm. We'll meet in the hotel lobby for shuttle pick-ups beginning at 9:00 am running on 30 minute intervals.

This session does not count towards your daily class limit.

To thank you for giving back to the island, each Wanderlust attendee who participates will receive a $10 credit* towards Wanderlust branded merchandise at the Wanderlust Shop. Additionally, Wanderlust will raffle off 1 4-day pass to Wanderlust O'ahu 2018 for participants. The winner will be announced via email after the beach clean up.
*$10 credit excludes artist and Adidas products. Only available on-site, cannot be combined with other discounts

When people recognize items they pick up during cleanups are the same items they use... Read More →
