YogaSlackers Handstand Conditioning
Join us for YogaSlackers' daily handstand conditioning practice. This 15 minute conditioning class will focus on exercises to improve your handstand practice, even if you have never, ever done a single handstand! This class is not about standing on your hands. It's about exercising the muscles that will eventually allow you to float into a perfectly balanced handstand. Learn fun ways to increase your balance, stability, core strength, flexibility, and overall condition while working as a team and playing. No experience required. Open to all levels. Trust us……..we will find a way to challenge even the most advanced practitioner!
